Abstract

In a review are introduced published results about origin, wide-spread position and social value of the chronic osteomyelitis. Modern possibilities of diagnostics, medical and surgical treatment of chronic posttraumatic osteomyelitis are the most full-fledged there. Authors are emphasized the importance of finding markers of the system inflammatory response in practice of surgeon, taking into consideration great forecasting features for possible reconstruction treatment.
